employers are having a difficult time finding executive
benefit programs that are flexible, cost-efficient and
give them a significant amount of control over when the

make matters worse, recent changes brought about by the
American Jobs Creation Act of 2004 and the Pension
Protection Act of 2006 have forced many companies to
rethink and, in some cases, eliminate deferral plans for
