An Opportunity To Help.
During the 2007 International
Forum Annual Meeting, speaker Randy Zipse from John Hancock shared a story
with the attendees of his breakout session. It seems that the recent
misfortune of his son’s friend reminds Randy why he believes in life
insurance and planning for the future.
The friend is Jeremy Donovan, a high school
sophomore in Framingham, MA and Randy’s son’s best friend. Jeremy had been
living with his father until he died early this year. As his mother is
unable to care for him, Randy and his wife, Teri, took Jeremy into their
home when his father died. Jeremy’s father only had a $50,000 life insurance
policy with his wife (Jeremy’s mother) named as beneficiary.
In our industry, we talk about the power of life
insurance to protect our loved ones. Here is our chance to show that the
life insurance industry can also protect the loved ones of those that are
close to us – when life insurance was not purchased to do so. The Potomac
Group has teamed up with International Forum to assist in providing for
Jeremy’s future by contributing to the Jeremy J. Donovan Education Trust.
You, too, can make a big difference in this
young man’s life with a small donation. If you are interested in
contributing, please

donation. This is just another example of life insurance providing for the
future.
