Fall is on our doorstep and we find ourselves wondering what happened to summer! As the new season approaches, we take a moment to look back on the exciting changes and events at The Potomac Group.

In mid-summer we announced that J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC (JCF), a private-equity firm, acquired BISYS Insurance Services. The transaction was completed and went into effect on August 1, 2007. Click here to view a copy of the press release.  

As you know, our Annual Meeting is just around the corner and we've been working hard this summer to prepare. We have a fantastic agenda planned for you in sunny Scottsdale, AZ!
